Diploma in Estate Management is a professional programme preparing students for the practice of property valuation, property management and real estate agency. The programme combines legal, technical, economic, financial and managerial knowledge domain in real estate industry.
Diploma in Estate Management
Our diploma course is an educational real estate programme accredited by Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP). The 2-year diploma course is able to produce graduates who are qualified as Probationary Estate Agent with full exemption from Written Examinations from the BOVAEP. Real Estate Agent
A real estate agent or broker is a person who represents sellers or buyers of real estate or real property. While a broker may work independently, an agent usually works under a licensed broker to represent clients.
Property Management
Property management is the operation, control, maintenance, and oversight of real estate and physical property. This can include residential, commercial, and land real estate.
Real Estate Consultant
A real estate consultant, also known as a real estate advisor, provides advice to clients—commercial real estate investors, lenders, or property developers—to help them make financial decisions about real estate transactions.
Facilities Management
Facilities management includes: Lease management, including lease administration and accounting. Capital project planning and management.
Real Estate Valuation
A property’s valuation determines its market value, and is one of the most important concepts in real estate investing.
STPM / SPMV
Minimum 3 credits (Including Mathematics / Account / Commerce / Science / Business)
UEC (United Examination Certificate)
Pass with 3Bs (Including Mathematics / Account / Commerce / Science / Business)
