Biography
Ahmad Fawwaz is the current Head of Department for the School of Real Estate at International College IMPERiA. Equipped with his years of experience in teaching and lecturing real estate courses, he specialises in valuation and urban planning.
Ahmad Fawwaz’s journal and research interests include real estate valuation and compensation, real estate development and property market economics. His academic journal paper has been nominated for the best research paper in an international conference. Prior his time at IMPERiA, he served as an Executive Valuation officer at various valuation firms in Malaysia.

Biography
Juliana is the Principal of International College Imperia. She has over 15 years’ experience as an academician for the Construction Management and Quantity Surveying programmes.
Juliana has been involved in the development of the APEL C programme for the college and has taken on the role in the administration and management since 2009. She was the Program Manager for the Construction and Quantity Surveying Department and the Head of Academic prior to her current portfolio, where she actively coordinated the 3+0 degree collaboration programmes with Liverpool John Moores University.

She has been involved in the education industry for the past 10 years and has held various positions, including head of department, academic leader, and programme coordinator, as well as lecturer at two private colleges in Selangor. An optimistic person with strong analytical skills, Dr. Hanini also has experience in finance, banking and manufacturing services. Br. Sr. Gan Hock Leong has over 18 years of experience as a lecturer for built environment programmes. He also has 20 years of practical working experience as a contractor/property developer, and he was previously a corporate director of a public listed construction company. In 1997, he left his job to further his studies at Heriot-Watt University, UK.
Hock Leong is a registered professional of the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), and a member of various professional bodies, including the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb) and the Malaysian Institute of Property & Facility Managers (MIPFM).

Biography
Andrew joined the construction industry in 1996 and worked as a quantity surveyor, contract manager and project manager for almost 10 years. Andrew started his teaching career as a part-timer lecturer in quantity surveying, construction management, valuation and property management at various local universities and colleges. Ms Sanglisha is a lecturer and HR at International College Imperia, Subang Jaya.
She has been involved in the education industry for the past 6 years. She was Universiti Sains Malaysia’s (USM) first female to take a double degree program, majoring in Journalism and Political Science, as well as minoring in Anthropology and Sociology.
Currently, she is the Women Leader of Malaysian Indian Youth Council in the Selangor State. She was the first female President (Yang Di Pertua) of Communication Society (PERKOM), USM and has multiple experiences in parliamentary debates. She has also represented USM and Malaysia for a Student Colloquium Program at Hiroshima University, Japan. She is also a member of the Young Women’s Parliament (Parlimen Wanita Muda) and was recently featured on Selamat Pagi Malaysia (RTM) to share her views on ‘Undi 18: Wanita Tidak Ketinggalan’ (Voting at age 18: Women are not left behind).
Previously, she was the 2nd Runner-up of Miss Earth Malaysia 2021 with the subsidiary title of Best Speech and finalist of Miss World Malaysia 2021. She has also worked as a news reporter at The Star Media Group.
