Foundation in Built Environment

The Foundation In Built Environment introduces students to the various fields of study in the natural and built environments industry.
Graduates of this programme are eligible to continue Liverpool John Moores University, UK 3+0 degree in Real Estate Management, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.

  • Real Estate Agent

    A real estate agent or broker is a person who represents sellers or buyers of real estate or real property. While a broker may work independently, an agent usually works under a licensed broker to represent clients.

  • Property Management

    Property management is the operation, control, maintenance, and oversight of real estate and physical property. This can include residential, commercial, and land real estate.

  • Real Estate Consultant

    A real estate consultant, also known as a real estate advisor, provides advice to clients—commercial real estate investors, lenders, or property developers—to help them make financial decisions about real estate transactions.

  • Facilities Management

    Facilities management includes: Lease management, including lease administration and accounting. Capital project planning and management.

  • Real Estate Valuation

    A property’s valuation determines its market value, and is one of the most important concepts in real estate investing.
