4 Steps To Get Started In IMPERiA
1.Application Form

2. Pre-Departure
We Will lodge application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) (Process time 3 to 6 weeks) on your behalf. Please prepare related documents.
Visa Approval Letter (VAL) Application Requirements
Please prepare the following documents:
1. Completed application form.
2. One (1) photocopy of your passport (entire booklet, including all blank pages). The passport must have a minimum validity of 18 months.
3. Payment of application fees (Registration Fee, and EMGS Processing Fee).
4. Passport-sized photograph with a white background (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm).
5. One (1) certified true copy of academic transcripts and certificates (including original documents and English translations, if applicable).
6. One (1) certified true copy of English Language Proficiency certificate (if applicable).

Advisory
• Upon obtaining your Entry Visa from the Embassy of Malaysia, you must inform the University at least seven (7) working days prior to your departure.
• You will be notified once your Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been approved.
• The first-year tuition fee is required to be paid upon approval of the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) by Immigration, prior to departure to Malaysia.
• The VAL is valid for six (6) months only.
• Please complete the Immigration Clearance & Arrival Information Form (Kuala Lumpur Campus – IIS). A penalty of RM100.00 will be imposed for late notification.
• Please bring along your VAL, Letter of Admission (LoA), e-Visa, completed Application Form and original Academic Certificates/ Transcripts when travelling.
Apply Calling Visa
We Will lodge application for Calling Visa (Process time 3 to 5 weeks) on your behalf once you complete following steps:
1) Application form.
2) Application fees payment.
3) Eight(8) passport-sized photographs.
4) Two(2) photocopied sets of your academic transcripts and medical report.
Advice
We will notify you immediately after calling visa approved. Please provide accurate arrival details one week in advance.
Below are some advices:
1)Tuition Fee may brought to Malaysia in the form of an international demand draft made in favour of International College Imperia.
2) Prepare 2 sets of the legal documents and only carry one set to Malaysia while another set can leave to your family.
3) Prepare approximately extra 10 pcs passport-sized photographs for your school life.
3. Arrival Procedure
You will NOT be allowed into Malaysia unless our personnel is there to escort you. Please inform us least a week earlier of your arrival.
Students must ensure that College representatives are informed in advance of their arrival, as entry into Malaysia requires coordination with our personnel.
- Please notify us at least one (1) week prior to arrival.
- Our representative, Madam Norhafizah (ISO Officer), will meet you at the airport (KLIA, KLIA2, or Subang Airport) to assist with immigration clearance and escort you to your registered accommodation.

- You are required to report to the International Student Office (ISO) on the next working day after arrival with the following documents:
- Original passport
- VAL, Letter of Admission (LoA), e-Visa, completed Application Form and original Academic Certificates/ Transcripts
- The ISO will arrange transportation for your medical check-up at a designated clinic.
The International Office will contact you regarding registration once your medical results have been updated in the EMGS portal.
4. Post Arrival
During first week in Malaysia, you need to apply for Student Pass. We will assist in this procedure. Please check Visa status.
Once your medical checkup results are released and are satisfactory, you are required to apply for your Student Pass with assistance from the college.
Passport Submission
- Students must submit their passports immediately for Student Pass sticker endorsement upon receiving a satisfactory medical report.
- Students are strongly advised not to make any travel plans outside Malaysia during this period.
- Failure to submit your passport may result in overstaying, which could lead to being classified as an illegal immigrant by the Malaysian Immigration Department.
General & Important Information
- Students are required to carry their passport or i-Kad at all times while in Malaysia.

SIngle Entry Visa
Permitted to enter and then remain in Malaysia for the visa period specified. If you wish to go overseas or return to your home country, you will need to apply for a re-entry permit to Malaysia at least two weeks in advance of your departure date.
Multiple Entry Visa
Permitted to enter Malaysia as many as you wish within the visa period specified. You are therefore able to travel
abroad and then return to Malaysia freely as long as your passport and visa remain valid
