1.Pass in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with minimum 3 credits, pass in Mathematics and

English, or

2.Pass United Examination Certificate (UEC) with grade B in 3 subjects, pass in

Mathematics and English, or

3.Pass O-Level with minimum grade C for 3 subjects, pass in Mathematics and English, or

4.Pass Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) with Level 3 in related programme and at least

credit in 1 subject at SPM Level, or

5.Pass Certificate (Level 3, KKM) in related field with minimum CGPA 2.00.

6.Other equivalent qualification recognized by Malaysia Government.

Study Duration:

2 Years 4 Months – Full Time

3 Years 4 Months – Part Time

Biography

Dr. Sr Murni Mohamad is a distinguished academic leader with over a decade of experience in the higher education industry. She holds a Ph.D. in Real Estate from Universiti Malaya, where she also completed her Master’s degree.

Prior to her appointment as CEO, Dr. Murni demonstrated exceptional leadership within the academic sector. She previously served as Head of Department at International College Imperia and as a Programme Manager at the University of Malaya-Wales (UMW). Her administrative expertise is highlighted by her proven track record in securing full five-year accreditation for multiple degree programs from both the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BoVAEP) and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).

Dr. Murni is deeply committed to bridging the gap between academic theory and professional practice. She is a registered member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM). Her active research portfolio focuses on the intersection of technology and property, with recent publications addressing ICT adoption among real estate agents in Malaysia.
