- Real Estate Agent- A real estate agent or broker is a person who represents sellers or buyers of real estate or real property. While a broker may work independently, an agent usually works under a licensed broker to represent clients. 
- Property Management- Property management is the operation, control, maintenance, and oversight of real estate and physical property. This can include residential, commercial, and land real estate. 
- Real Estate Consultant- A real estate consultant, also known as a real estate advisor, provides advice to clients—commercial real estate investors, lenders, or property developers—to help them make financial decisions about real estate transactions. 
- Facilities Management- Facilities management includes: Lease management, including lease administration and accounting. Capital project planning and management. 
- Real Estate Valuation- A property’s valuation determines its market value, and is one of the most important concepts in real estate investing.

Minimum 3 credits (Including Mathematics / Account / Commerce / Science / Business)
UEC (United Examination Certificate)
