The memorandum of agreement for collaborative agreement was signed between Imperia College, Subang Jaya and Yayasan Pendidikan Malaysia (YPM) on 26 August at Imperia College. The MOU was signed by Dr Katherine Poh , CEO of Imperia College, accompanied by Ms Nurjuliana Mohd Nazari, Registrar and Ms Farahwahida Bujang, Executive Director, accompanied by Nurulfadhilah Che Mohamad Zulkifly, the head of strategic relations and operations. In prior to the signing, expectation of further cooperation between two parties was discussed in a friendly atmosphere.
Imperia College wishes to collaborate with YPM to materialise its mission by promoting B40 students throughout Malaysia via various tertiary programme such as Diploma & Bachelor Degree within YPM’s registered education institutions.

Biography
Dr. Sr Murni Mohamad is a distinguished academic leader with over a decade of experience in the higher education industry. She holds a Ph.D. in Real Estate from Universiti Malaya, where she also completed her Master’s degree.
Prior to her appointment as CEO, Dr. Murni demonstrated exceptional leadership within the academic sector. She previously served as Head of Department at International College Imperia and as a Programme Manager at the University of Malaya-Wales (UMW). Her administrative expertise is highlighted by her proven track record in securing full five-year accreditation for multiple degree programs from both the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BoVAEP) and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
Dr. Murni is deeply committed to bridging the gap between academic theory and professional practice. She is a registered member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM). Her active research portfolio focuses on the intersection of technology and property, with recent publications addressing ICT adoption among real estate agents in Malaysia.
