Took place at the school hostel hall, Dewan Zubaidah, SMK (P) St. George’s on 12th September 2019 (Thursday) from 9.30 am to 10.30am. The number of the participants for the School Talk is estimate around 120 students who are currently in Form 5. The host was the School Counselor, Cikgu Faizah. The talk was about the career talk and we emphasized on the Built Environment since IMPERIA College is offering the Built Environment programmes. Students were exposed to the current trending job that is related to the Real Estate and Quantity Surveying. At the end of talk, 4 students were given the lucky draw prizes. We also offered our programmes for the student to further studies which carries 50% scholarship for certain courses and FREE English Enhancement Camp for the SPM leavers to improvise their communication and writing skills while waiting for their SPM result.

Biography
Dr. Sr Murni Mohamad is a distinguished academic leader with over a decade of experience in the higher education industry. She holds a Ph.D. in Real Estate from Universiti Malaya, where she also completed her Master’s degree.
Prior to her appointment as CEO, Dr. Murni demonstrated exceptional leadership within the academic sector. She previously served as Head of Department at International College Imperia and as a Programme Manager at the University of Malaya-Wales (UMW). Her administrative expertise is highlighted by her proven track record in securing full five-year accreditation for multiple degree programs from both the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BoVAEP) and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
Dr. Murni is deeply committed to bridging the gap between academic theory and professional practice. She is a registered member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM). Her active research portfolio focuses on the intersection of technology and property, with recent publications addressing ICT adoption among real estate agents in Malaysia.
