Dr. Sr Murni Mohamad is a distinguished academic leader with over a decade of experience in the higher education industry. She holds a Ph.D. in Real Estate from Universiti Malaya, where she also completed her Master’s degree.
Prior to her appointment as CEO, Dr. Murni demonstrated exceptional leadership within the academic sector. She previously served as Head of Department at International College Imperia and as a Programme Manager at the University of Malaya-Wales (UMW). Her administrative expertise is highlighted by her proven track record in securing full five-year accreditation for multiple degree programs from both the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BoVAEP) and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
Dr. Murni is deeply committed to bridging the gap between academic theory and professional practice. She is a registered member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM). Her active research portfolio focuses on the intersection of technology and property, with recent publications addressing ICT adoption among real estate agents in Malaysia.

Adlan Rahmat is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in academic quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and program accreditation within Malaysian higher education. He has served in leadership and compliance roles at institutions such as INTEC Education College, Heriot-Watt University Malaysia, City University, and Management and Science University. He currently leads the Academic Quality and Compliance division at International College Imperia, overseeing regulatory affairs, internal audits, and program development aligned with MOHE and MQA standards.
He holds a Master’s degree in Office System Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the International Islamic University Malaysia. He has extensive experience liaising with key authorities including MOHE, MQA, and professional bodies, and has led the successful development and accreditation of multiple academic programs.

Juliana is the Principal of International College Imperia. She has over 15 years’ experience as an academician for the Construction Management and Quantity Surveying programmes.
Juliana has been involved in the development of the APEL C programme for the college and has taken on the role in the administration and management since 2009. She was the Program Manager for the Construction and Quantity Surveying Department and the Head of Academic prior to her current portfolio, where she actively coordinated the 3+0 degree collaboration programmes with Liverpool John Moores University.

Andrew joined the construction industry in 1996 and worked as a quantity surveyor, contract manager and project manager for almost 10 years. In 2006, he diversified into valuation, estate agency and property management, and obtained his professional registration with BOVAEP. Since 2009, he has been actively involved in property management specialising in stratified properties.
Andrew started his teaching career as a part-timer lecturer in quantity surveying, construction management, valuation and property management at various local universities and colleges. PMgr. Sr. Suganthee Aiyalu Parthasarathee has accumulated more than two decades of extensive professional work experience in the property industry encompassing property valuation, compulsory land acquisition, research / market study, real estate agency / transactional services, land / property related consultancy and academics related thereto. She began her valuation career in 2003 and spent 17 years with Jordan Lee & Jaafar, formerly known as Colliers. She was in the Head Office in Bukit Damansara before joining the Penang office, in which she was entrusted for overseeing branch operations, business and portfolio whilst also being responsible for reviewing, endorsing and signing Report & Valuations. PMgr. Sr. Aiyalu regularly sat as a private assessor in disputes brought to Penang High Court under Land Acquisition Act 1960 and has prepared written assessor opinions for submission to the same. She lectures working adults / real estate negotiators looking to register as agents with BOVEAP at The National Valuation Institute c/o Ministry of Finance, Malaysia (Institut Penilaian Negara, Kementerian Kewangan, Malaysia) INSPEN. In 2022, she sat as a panel to the field expert advisory (Panel Penasihat Pakar Bidang) of INSPEN for re-evaluation of the law module of CEA (Certificate in Estate Agency) programme. He also has 20 years of practical working experience as a contractor/property developer, and he was previously a corporate director of a public listed construction company. In 1997, he left his job to further his studies at Heriot-Watt University, UK.
